The bread is very soft and fluffy. When put in the air fryer it was soft on the inside and hard on the outside (which is my preference). I’d just wanting soft then I recommend just putting in the microwave. I can eat the bread just by itself. Idk how but it tastes good even by itself. We got another packet recently because my family and I just love it. It’s popped in the freezer for now so we can defrost and have later
