One of our favourite seasonal citrus fruits “mandarin oranges” so we always buy it, due ti excellent source of vitamin C and fibre. It also a key nutrient to boost our immune system function, as well as maintaining healthy skin. It also contains potassium which lowers blood pressure. However for those who has hyperacidity problem eating too much of mandarins is not advisable.
