These limes come from the same Australian farms as other produce, offering the same nutritional value and taste, but with minor blemishes or imperfections that don't affect their quality. We have used them in curries,with salads and in cocktails. The taste has been impeccable.

The limes were quite juicy and not too sour and quite firm. I have now used them all up with cooking which they added a lot of flavour to it.
