Easy to cook and serve. Just simple put in airfryer, cook 180’C for 8 minutes each side, then ready to serve . Can put some vege like asparagus underneath while cooking. But it is quite salty and fat.

I cooked these in the airfryer and had them with mixed veggies and mash. Wasn't sure I would like the Honey Soy Glaze but they were super tasty. Australian pork too so that's a bonus.

These pork belly slices are amazing. I brush them with extra glaze of soy sauce and honey and grill them. They are great as a starter-cut in to small pieces or as a main with mash and salad. Highly recommend!
