it’s lettuce. nothing too special. it is great as you can add anything you would like. already comes with sliced carrot and beetroot. it is also very affordable compared to other salad options. comes in multiple sizes depending on how many serves you would like. easy to use to just have as is or cut it up for strips or thinner.
