5-Star Review of Baby Leaf Salad & Beetroot

this salad is perfect to have with mix ins. we add cucumber and tomato and dressing and dinner is served. the little pieces of shredded carrot and beetroot are added bits to the salad which is great and could eat on its own. the only con I have is normally doesn't last long in the fridge but add paper towel and you will get a little longer out of your salad
