I tried this pack of scotch steak instead of fhe smaller and thinner wuick cook steak and this is much better. Simple pan fry salt and pepper bery yummy.

make sure there is as little sinue as possible, a bit of fat marble and you are set to have a delicious tender steak. my go to steak at Coles.
