Photo Review of Beef Scotch Steak Fillet 2 Pack

What a fabulous quality of scotch fillet! This is an excellent sized steak, including its thickness. There is a lovely level of marbling throughout the steak that cooks beaitofully and adds a lovely depth of flavour. Thisnis a two pack and the value really can’t be beaten for the quality you receive. It is both juicy and tender upon cooking (medium rare!) with lovely juices that can be made into a delicious jus to top the steak. Add some chips, veggies and salad on the salad and you have the complete meal. I will definitely be keeping this on my main meal rotations.
