An excellent cut of meat. The steak had very little fat, but was still juicy. Great cooked on the bbq or seared in a frying pan. Will definitely buy again.

It ensure it tastes good, make sure you rest the meat to room temperature, dry with paper towel and lightly season it before pan frying it, and again rest it for 4-5mins before enjoying your pieces of steak. Even though steak from the butcher taste way better, this is a good substitute if you need a quick meal from the supermarket.
