Perfect for cleaning stainless steel around the oven and pots. The fine fibers of the steel wool get into tough corners to help clean anything out. However as they are so fine, you do get metal fibers all over the place, so it's best to make sure they're cleaned up well, as you wouldn't want to inadvertently get them on food and consume them or get them in somewhere like your eye. They're pretty cheap with 10 in a pack. They do tend to rust after a while so they're more of a disposable item than something you can use for a long time.
