Good protein in a day. I add them in the sandwich with some fresh veggies. Sometimes add them in the stir fry cuisine is also another cook way.

There's a decent amount of ham in each pack, which can last you a while. The slices are also big and it's perfect to have in sandwiches. It taste like what ham is supposed to taste like with a bit of sweetness to it.

This packet of four individual packs is a good idea to keep the ham fresh instead of opening a large packet and having it go off.The ham is sweet tsasting and not overly sweet I found. Excellent for omellets and sandwiches or just as a snack by themself.
