I picked up the Darrell Lea Gingerbread Milk Chocolate Block from Coles and was pleasantly surprised. The chocolate itself is smooth and creamy, and the little gingerbread biscuit pieces add such a nice crunch. The spices are just right—warm and a bit Christmassy without being too strong. It’s sweet, but the gingerbread balances it out so it doesn’t feel overly rich. Honestly, it’s one of those chocolates you keep going back to for “just one more piece.” Perfect with a cup of tea at night. I’d definitely buy it again, especially around the festive season.
