It had a nice balance of salt without being overwhelming. It turned out with a perfect crunch on the edges but stayed slightly chewy in the middle. Not overly fatty, and it didn’t shrivel up too much. Good meat-to-fat ratio. Even strips that cooked up nicely and didn’t stick together too much. The aroma while cooking was amazing—classic bacon scent.
