Personally I am not the biggest fan of this bacon as it is middle cut meaning it’s got a lot of fat on it and is long and stringy which I don’t enjoy. Short cut bacon is my favourite personally as it’s easy to use and contains more actual meat. The bacon was hard to section apart to get the fat pieces off and all folded together in the bag it was difficult to get out. The bacon did however cook up well once you can get passed all that drama. It made for a soft, tasty and crunchy bacon. Ideal for breakfasts burgers or wraps or cut up in dinner meals like quiche or potato bake. It was the cheapest bacon to purchase so had good and bad points regardless. 3 stars!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 The bacon was okay but not great. It cooked up fine and had a decent flavour, but it was a bit too salty and had more fat than expected. The texture was inconsistent—some pieces crisped nicely while others stayed chewy. Not terrible for a quick breakfast option, but there are definitely better brands out there.
