I love bacon, so, when I was looking for some to go in a pasta dish yesterday, I bought this Thomson’s Deli Middle Bacon from Coles as it was very reasonably priced. I normally buy rindless shortcut bacon, but I recently had some middle bacon and I had forgotten what I was missing. That bit of extra fat makes a big difference.
