I use them for BBQs and bigger cooks. The trays are sturdy enough to hold a decent amount of food without bending too much, and the size is great for meats, veg or even marinating. They handle heat well and make cleanup way easier (just use and toss). Simple, practical and good to have on hand for gatherings.
