one of the best cashew butters I've found don't be put off by the oil when you open it, just mix it through and it will be nice and spreadable

This cashew nut butter is good in that it only has cashews as the ingredient, but it's a bit too smooth in its consistency and it makes the butter hard to stir, it therefore has oil at the top and became a paste so thick at the bottom I couldn't spread it. It also lacks flavour. I think the cashews need some salt or roasting or just better quality cashews or something.
