Have used this a few times. Great price and great to use in curries and desserts. Just make sure not to let it get too cold or it solidifies.

This product is a good alternative for a lighter coconut cream , can be used in curries, drinks and desserts, gives a great flavour of coconut but isn’t too overpowering

I have a dairy intolerance, but have learned to cook a number of meals using this lite coconut milk. It adds a creamy texture, that is easy to supplement with flavours and enriches many meals. My husband always enjoys meals made with this, and it is a pantry staple in our house.

The light cream is a great consistency and does not curdle when cooked. Great for curries.

Light coconut cream which I use for cooking curries. It's great that it's 31% less fat. Tastes exactly as the other more expensive brands out.
