Tried the Big Tex Original Beef Jerky and the texture was actually pretty good. Big thick chunks and easy to chew, not super dry like some jerky gets. Flavor is sweet and smoky more than spicy. Only downside for me was the sugar content, kinda higher than I expected so I probably wouldn’t eat it often. Still decent road trip snack though.

great for snacking love just a little thicker than id like though and the thickness makes it quite hard to chew but also a great source of protein while on the go

Overall a good buy, sometimes there can be chewy bits but overall great taste. Very high in protein so would recommend

nice n cheap, bag to bag quality differs but overall for the price at half per kilo decent
