This coconut milk is a total pantry staple for me. It’s got a great, thick consistency that’s perfect for adding some creaminess to my weekday curries without being overly oily. Plus, the price is hard to beat compared to the name brands so it's definitely worth picking up a few cans. thumbs up from me!
