chicken sage and thyme sausages are very juicy when I cook them.you can taste the flavour of sage and thyme which makes them more delicious. I usually either pan fry,grill or put them in the airfryer. you get similar results. they are low calories sausages. very versatile to put in dishes like in pasta bakes or rice dishes. also we BBQ them for a snack like hot dogs.great for breakfast lunch,dinner or a snack.

These are so delicious. On a health level they don’t have a lot of fat. I like them hot or cold. I have made these into a sausage roll after removing the cases.
