Personally I prefer a plain and home brand beef sausage compared to any other flavour or butcher shop varieties. A believe a simple beef sausage is great- especially on the bbq and cooked till nice and crunchy! The sausages were tasty on their own or in bread for example and whilst cooking released some fat which kept them from becoming dry and sticking to your pan or bbq for example so it works well. They are a good size and good value for money- 5 stars!
