I made the switch to the Coles frozen meal PerForm range last year and have been very satisfied with the variety of options they have. The Portuguese style chicken has succulent pieces of chicken and large portion sizes, unlike most other healthy meal brands. The spiced veggies and rice are a great combination finished with a Portuguese sauce which has a nice spicy kick to it. At 425 calories and 4.5 health stars they are a great meal option with a great balance of protein and veggies!
