Tried the Coles Kitchen Beetslaw Salad Kit and it was pretty decent overall. Nice crunchy texture with the cabbage and beetroot, plus the colour looks really fresh and bright. It’s quite dense and filling compared to normal salad kits, almost feels more like a proper side dish. Dressing was okay, maybe a little too sweet for me though.

Yummy salad, dressing was tasty, loved the fetta, and felt very nutritious. I bought on quick sale so was cheap for me but im not sure how good the value is regularly.
