Such a healthy favourite to have in the freezer, just as nutritious as fresh Blueberries, without the risk of spoiling. Great in smoothies or with Greek Yoghurt 😋

Fresh Blueberries can be expensive. i discovered these frozen blueberries st Coles. They are high quality good size blueberries. I thaw them naturally to add to my Summer brrakfast, and I warm them to add to my Winter breakfast. Perfect, and there's always some in the freezer.
