Nutritious and while frozen these last quite a while in the freezer without getting freezer burn. Great on yoghurt or with granola. Coles frozen fruit blueberries are so tasty and bursting with flavour. Can use in cooking or to top pavlovas. delish!

Frozen blueberries are very nutritious. They contain antioxidants, phytoflavonids, potassium, vitamin C and another nutrients helping your body to build up a very good immune system. They are very good value for money. Eventhough they are frozen, they look fresh and firm You can eat them as breakfast with oats or you can create beautiful cakes or muffins for your afternoon tea. I highly recommend this product.
