This is an awesome product. So versatile, add a few ingredients to it to make a nice buttery cake or add your own like fruit or choc chips to make any type of variation you want. I have even used this cake mix with a tin of canned fruit, mix together for a delicious fruity cake, only 2 ingredients required. So simple & easy. Some have even made cookies with this. I am using up old bananas to make mini muffins with this mix. Extremely affordable at just over $1 per pack. Fantastic to have in the pantry for when you need it as it has long dating.
