I always buy these frozen berries from Cole’s. A great freezer staple and I love using them frozen in smoothies and yoghurt bowls, or i defrost them to make berry coulis (great on top of pancakes or as a sauce for dessert). I’ve also made delicious summer berry crumbles too. Reasonable price, good quality, and lasts forever in the freezer so definitely recommend

I accidentally got these mixed berries and I’m glad I did. I actually really love them. I like to put them on my protein pancakes.

Mixed frozen berries work really well for overnight oats. They add a natural sweetness and a slightly tangy flavour that balances the oats nicely. As they thaw overnight, they release juice that makes the oats even more flavourful. A simple and delicious way to make breakfast more refreshing. 🫐🍓
