Minced Garlic is very fresh and scented. Perfect for cooking as ingredient. No added smell or extra chemicals. It is storeed in the refrigerator when it is opened.

Minced garlic is super convenient and saves prep time, but it can lack the bold, fresh flavor of whole cloves due to added preservatives. Great for speed, not ideal when depth of flavor really matters.
