Review of Asia Vermicelli Rice Noodles

I’ve been using these rice noodles for stir-fries and soups, and they’re super easy to work with. They cook fast—just soak them in hot water for a few minutes and they’re ready to go. The texture is nice and springy, and they don’t turn mushy like some other brands I’ve tried. They absorb sauces really well, too. Great for quick meals like pancit or Vietnamese-style noodle bowls. Definitely a staple in my pantry now!
