this cauliflower is meant to be used within a day or two as it does get mouldy quite quickly but the portion. size is fine for a single person

The half size is best. It is well wrapped and once it is opened, my family can consume in a few meals. There is very little waste which can be a problem with whole heads. Plus you can see how dense it is when you buy it.
