it’s a simple product made only with milk and cultures. It is a good, affordable staple for cooking and topping. However, had some issues with quality control, such as finding sour, spoiled, or moldy product despite being within the expiry date.

Really good quality sour cream & a good price - brand name dairy products are very expensive but this store brand is a really good option, you don’t feel like you’re compromising. Used it on our burritos- delicious!

Not really fussy with sour cream so I can't really tell between a good and bad one but if you're after a thick textured sour cream this is the one.
