Photo Review of Coles Sour Cream 300g

Sour cream is a versatile dairy product it goes well in soups, used to make dips, topping Mexican dishes and so much more. Its fat content makes it ideal to use in baking, ensuring moisture in finished dishes. One of my favorite ways to use sour cream is as a topping for apple sour cream slice - an easy to make but delicious sweet treat that my family and friends love. I like this brand as it comes on a 300ml container, which a lot of baking recipes call for - other brands have downsized their packaging/product to 260g.
