great for winter baking. good even consistency of texture, nice flavour. gluten free. lovely for a flourless cake or tart. great price and a convenient sized bag. I store in the freezer to keep extra fresh. 5 stars, no complaints!

Pros - Has a rich almond taste and smell. I make a healthy muesli bar with this and the combination of peanut butter, dates and dark chocolate make it incredibly. Cons - really expensive for something that weighs only 400 grams.
