I love that the ingredient list at the back of Cole’s Italian Passata Sauce is limited and all ingredients are identifiable. It means that I can trust this product as well as it’s affordable price. We love adding the passata sauce to curries, stocks and, of course, pasta sauces. The tomatoes have a very rich flavour and the sauce is very smooth.

The Italian Passata Sauce is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals which are which are good for heart health and Cancer protection. However, I found the Coles Italian Passata Sauce to be overly bitter which was disappointing as I had to add a few teaspoons of raw sugar to balance it out.
