Perfect veg to add to my tonkatsu pork cutlet. Bery healthy but if you eat too much, you may become gassy, not great on a date. Low calories, full of vitamins and high water content. Versatile too as it is great cooked or raw. Enjoy! 👍 😋

The half cabbage roll was absolutely delicious — fresh, perfectly seasoned, and full of flavor. The texture was just right, with tender cabbage and a tasty filling that complemented it beautifully. Bought a Coles half Savoy for dinner tonight. Just want a quick nutritious meal for one. It can be enjoyed both raw and cooked but I ate it raw with bit of walnut oil and vinegar. Savoy cabbage had a mild, slightly sweet flavour that sets it apart from other cabbage varieties. I also heard that it has high nutritional benefits which is good for a hard working person like me. Only downside is that it will get expired so I usually buy enough for one meal only. Will buy again.
