Bought a Coles half Savoy for dinner tonight. Just want a quick nutritious meal for one. It can be enjoyed both raw and cooked but I ate it raw with bit of walnut oil and vinegar. Savoy cabbage had a mild, slightly sweet flavour that sets it apart from other cabbage varieties. I also heard that it has high nutritional benefits which is good for a hard working person like me. Only downside is that it will get expired so I usually buy enough for one meal only. Will buy again.
