A solid, dense cabbage with a good crunch. Perfect for coleslaw, stir-fries, or soups. Keeps well in the fridge once wrapped. Some outer leaves were a bit tough, but nothing a quick trim couldn’t fix. Overall, excellent value and freshness for the size and convenience of a half head.
