We really like these Coles Vegetable Cocktail Spring Rolls, and I recently bought a new pack as we had finished the 60 in the previous pack. They are tasty and very economical, and they are so handy to have in the freezer for a quick entree or snack. They heat up quickly in the oven and are great with Thai sweet chilli sauce.

These are a bit underwhelming to be honest. We have tried many other brands of mini spring rolls, and these have the most lackluster fillings. The skins of the spring rolls also do not fry up well - they tend to wrinkle and crack after cooking. We understand this is a supermarket brand and we should not expect too much. We are just unlikely to purchase again.
