Disappointed in this mini loaf. it was tasteless. The size of a mini loaf is just right for small households as it doesn’t last more than a day. it can be refreshed in the oven next day. Then it is rock hard. I used for open sandwiches, toasted with a drizzle of olive oil and topped with mashed avocado. Topped with bruschetta ingredients makes for a shared entree or light lunch. Pros: made with Australian flour: packaging is recyclable. Cons: limited shelf life: outside crust is difficult to slice even with a bread knife.
