Good to have as part of your grazing board or your antipasto platter. The rosemary flavour and smell really comes out, giving it a herbal taste. The mushrooms are quite small, so it's perfect to eat together with either your crackers, bread or meats.

These were unexpectedly delicious, so much so I had to stop myself from eating the whole punnet to myself. We had them with cheese and crackers, but they would be amazing if you were making starter platters and more.
