I’ve been using **Durum Wheat Pasta Rigatoni** in lots of weeknight meals, and it’s a reliably satisfying choice for hearty dishes. The rigatoni tubes have a great firm texture when cooked al dente, and their ridges and hollow centres hold onto sauces beautifully — from chunky tomato ragu to creamy Alfredo — so every bite feels flavourful. on the cheaper side of pasta, still very good and tasty. only takes 13 minutes to cook which is perfect for those quick and easy meals. it does contain Wheat, gluten and could contain egg and soy. Has a health star rating on 4.5

this was the only rigatoni available and while it did the job i found that it did break up quite easily (i did not overcook and had it in quite a large pot too), i also found it is extremely starchy and i would avoid this brand in future as it can become gluggy if you overcook it.
