Sesame seeds taste like roasted almond. Can be used in salads cakes fried chicken ,steak ,scrambled eggs , over vegetables and many other dishes . The sesame seeds give crunch to mesl and is great for our diet as contains dietary fibre.

cheaper option than all of the other brands by far. best used to top stir fries etc. good toasted

These are rlly good for Indian dishes and great for oatmeal or cereal it’s also a great alternative for nuts and great for dessert

Coles white sesame seeds are a source of protein and fibre with a 5 star health rating. Can be used in many cooked and raw dishes .I add to my salads just sprinkle over top of salad.Sometimes I sprinkle over chicken as i am cooking chicken and a great crunch and extra flavour to the chicken

Coles sesame seeds are great value, and perfect to use in baking. I love them in my home made dukkah, as well as in Granola and sprinkled in salads.
