These Coles Red Kidney Beans are an affordable, long-lasting, and healthy source of fiber and protein. I love that these cans cost only a dollar, so they are incredibly affordable. Packed with nutrition, these beans are also incredibly versatile and taste great in Mexican dishes, stews, curries, and savoury pies.
