I like Coles' 4 Star Lean Beef Mince for its good value and versatile product. I found that fat content is an important part of enjoying some mince meals, such as hamburgers. 5-star doesn’t work for a lot of people, and whether 4-star is better is a personal opinion - the fat adds flavour. I recently did BBQ with this 4-star beef mince and the cleanup was epic in comparison to my preferred 3-star beef Mince. Lots of flare-ups and spatters everywhere.

Good deal for a bigger lot of beef. great for lasagne or bolagnese sauce. Lean meat but quality feels lower than a butcher mince

It is a better option than regular beef mince which is stated to have 15-17% fat. Although it is labelled as lean meat and that it has only 10% fat, you can still see oil oozing out when it is cooked. I would go for extra lean meat If possible.
