Simple and mild. Soft texture with a light chew. Not much flavour on its own, but great as a base or side.

The packaging is not my favourite as it ripped and then has to be stored in a container but the product is easy to cook and use

Really lovely pasta. Keeps its structure and shape without turning to mush even if slightly overcooked. Perfect cold in salads or hot with sauce.
