I was surprised that the coles organic lasagna sheets aren’t any more expensive that the regular ones! the texture of these is fabulous, they are foolproof, you can’t over cook them. particularly good in a pumpkin lasagna when the pasta is featured rather than hidden. I think these are new, highly recommended! the shape is great, I just wish the box was bigger!
