no difference at all to more expensive wholemeal bread. stays nice and soft for quite long, as long as you push out all the air in that bag before closing it.

first time I tried it I got a bag that was slightly stale and dry but I gave it another go and I've had three bags since and they've all been deliciously soft and not dry. if you get a bag that has a best before of 5 days then it stays fresh for quite impressively long. I would say there is no difference to the more expensive wholemeal bread, I'm very impressed there is no strange aftertaste at all.
