these Bagles are really nice toasted, I like to make them up with bacon and egg, freeze and cook one in the mornings in the sandwich press for a quick easy breakfast

I just love these bagels! They are light but have substance and are squishy and easy to cut into. The toast easily or can be enjoyed as they are with your favourite filling.
