perfect for an easy snack. we throw it in the air fryer and our easy dinner or sides are done. these one are adorable and cook up great. nice and crunchy.

haven’t had these in years but I’ll be buying them more often now. so tasty and moorish I’ve forgotten just how much I like a potato gem. soft and fluffy in the middle with a crunchy exterior, cooked in the air fryer with just a slight spray of oil… perfect
